Terms of Service

1. Agreement
By downloading or using any app published by Siddharth Sathyam ("dotdotdot", "we", "us") on the Apple App Store, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our apps.
These terms apply to all apps in the dotdotdot portfolio. Individual apps may have additional terms displayed within the app.
2. License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our apps for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own, subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
3. Subscriptions & Billing
- Our apps offer optional premium features through auto-renewable subscriptions and one-time lifetime purchases.
- All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect or have access to your payment information.
- Subscription prices are displayed in the app before purchase and may vary by region.
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
- Refunds are handled by Apple according to their refund policy.
4. Free Features
Each app includes free functionality that does not require a subscription. Free features may include limited access to AI-powered capabilities. The specific free tier varies by app.
5. AI-Generated Content
- Our apps use Apple's on-device Foundation Models to generate text, summaries, suggestions, and other AI-powered outputs.
- AI-generated content is produced locally on your device and may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate.
- You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated content before relying on it.
- We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of AI outputs for any particular purpose.
- AI features require compatible hardware (iPhone 15 Pro or later) with Apple Intelligence enabled.
6. Your Data
- You own all data you create, input, or generate within our apps.
- All data is stored locally on your device. We cannot access, view, or recover your data.
- Deleting an app permanently removes all associated data. We cannot restore deleted data.
- You are responsible for backing up your device if you wish to preserve app data.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our apps
- Use our apps for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to circumvent subscription or licensing restrictions
- Redistribute or resell our apps or their content
8. Intellectual Property
Our apps, including their design, code, icons, and branding, are the intellectual property of Siddharth Sathyam. Content you create within the apps belongs to you.
9. Disclaimers
Our apps are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that our apps will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our apps.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our apps at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
13. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
