How do I cancel or manage my subscription?

Open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name at the top, then tap Subscriptions. You'll see all your active subscriptions and can cancel or change your plan from there. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

How do I request a refund?

All purchases are processed through Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find the purchase, and select "Request a Refund." Apple handles all refund decisions.

Why don't AI features work on my device?

AI features require iPhone 15 Pro or later with Apple Intelligence enabled. To check: go to Settings > Apple Intelligence & Siri and make sure Apple Intelligence is turned on. The AI model may take some time to download after enabling. On unsupported devices, apps still work — you just won't have access to AI-powered features.

Is my data sent to any servers?

No. All data processing happens entirely on your device. We don't operate any servers that receive your data. AI processing uses Apple's on-device Foundation Models — your prompts and outputs never leave your phone. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

I deleted the app. Can I recover my data?

Unfortunately, no. All data is stored locally on your device. When the app is deleted, the data is permanently removed. We don't have access to your data and cannot restore it. We recommend keeping regular iPhone backups via iCloud or your computer.

Do the apps work offline?

Yes — most features work without an internet connection. AI features, data storage, and core functionality are all on-device. Some apps that use Apple services (like WeatherKit for weather data) require a connection for those specific features.
